As Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Mr. Allison resides at AJC's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for the accomplishment of AJC's Vision and Mission and all activities throughout the AJC Group of companies. He sets the strategic direction for the organization, leads the allocation of resources within the Group, and oversees the development of AJC's people who are the lifeblood of AJC's on-going success with customers and suppliers around the world.
Prior to joining AJC, Mr. Allison worked in marketing and brand management at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Allison joined AJC in 1997 and completed a three year international management assignment in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Since then, Mr. Allison has assumed many of the organization's leadership roles including General Manager, Americas & Asia, Vice President, and he served as President from 2008 to 2016.
Mr. Allison is married, fluent in Spanish, and is active in supporting his twin boy's baseball and lacrosse pursuits. He has served two terms on the Board of Trustees for Mount Vernon Presbyterian School serving on their Strategic Planning and Capital Committees. He is active in the Miami and Harvard Alumni Associations as well as multiple philanthropic organizations.
Mr. Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude with University Honors from Miami University with a BS in Business Administration in 1992. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1997.
As President and CCO and serving on the AJC Group LLC Board of Directors, Mr. Davidman is based at the AJC Group’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for worldwide Commercial Sales and Procurement activities, Transportation, and Marketing. He also has direct responsibility for AJC Logistics, an independent operating entity providing food-centric Logistics Services under the AJC Group.
After working in sales at Procter & Gamble, Mr. Davidman joined AJC in 1986. Since then, Mr. Davidman has completed multiple international management assignments, accumulated extensive experience in the Americas, China, Russia, and Africa, and assumed many of the organization's leadership roles, including Director of Global Sales, Managing Director, and Vice President.
Mr. Davidman is married with two children, an avid Florida Gator, and an ongoing student of the game of golf. He has served on the External Advisory Board of Directors for the International Center of the University of Florida, is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Chicken Council and is active with multiple international trade organizations.
Mr. Davidman is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his BS degree in Business Administration in 1985.
As Vice President of Information Technology and Operations, Mrs. Duckett resides at AJC's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for all areas of Technology including Applications, Infrastructure, Communications, and Security. She is also serves on the Board of Directors of AJC Group LLC.
Prior to joining AJC, Mrs. Duckett held Project Manager and Architect roles in various development consulting organizations. Mrs. Duckett joined AJC in 2003 as Development Manager and assumed leadership responsibilities for the rest of the Technology areas in 2007.
Mrs. Duckett is married and has two daughters and a son. She has made it a priority to keep her kids close to her Mexican roots and ensure their fluency in Spanish. She loves visiting her family in Mexico, being around friends, and enjoys travel.
Mrs. Duckett earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). She also earned a scholarship to study in USA and earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
Patrick Ghazal currently serves as Director of Global Marketing for the AJC Group, and its constituent companies. Based in the Atlanta headquarters, Patrick and his team design and implement all corporate marketing efforts, manage proprietary and private label brands, and oversee customer development and growth programs, strengthening the company’s global reputation and framing its global communications strategy.
Patrick’s understanding and experience in global trade are both deep and broad. He has been with AJC since 2003, where he started as a Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa. He has served as a General Manager for four different global regions and directed the company’s office in Switzerland. Prior to joining AJC, Patrick was General Manager for an engineering firm in West Africa, providing services for global shipping companies.
Patrick is married with two children, has lived on four different continents, and is a lifelong student of worldwide languages and cultures. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992 at Huddersfield Polytechnic in Huddersfield, United Kingdom.
Corporate Counsel
Sally joined AJC Group, LLC, in 2021 as Corporate Counsel. In this role, she works closely with leadership providing legal counsel on a variety of topics including general corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communication, and labor/employment matters.
Prior to joining AJC, Sally was a partner with Preston & Malcom, P.C., where she served as corporate counsel for a number of businesses and represented clients in a wide variety of general corporate and commercial transactions. Her experience in contract negotiation, complex transactions, acquisitions, dispute resolution and litigation provides her with the ability to identify, manage and balance risks in furtherance of AJC’s strategic business goals.
Sally lives in the Athens, Georgia area with her husband and young son. As a “Double Dawg”, she is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and is actively involved in her community. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Junior League of Athens’ Endowment Fund, Treasurer of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers’ East Metro Chapter, a member of the Oconee County Schools’ Parent Advisory Counsel and a member of various committees within her church.
Sally received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 2008.
Mr. Joiner serves as the Vice Chairman of the AJC Group Board of Directors. He co-founded AJC International with Mr. Allison and served as President and COO of AJC for almost 20 years. During his time as President, Mr. Joiner led the company in its rapid expansion into China, South America, and Russia and to its position as the premier international protein provider. For ten years, Mr. Joiner was President of American Frozen Foods, AJC's Food Service Distribution subsidiary.
He also serves on the Board of Councilors for The Carter Center in Atlanta and the Board of Advisors for the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, where he was past Chairman. Mr. Joiner is a Trustee of the Georgia State University Foundation and is a Founding Director for the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. He is the founding Director and past Chairman of the World Poultry Foundation, serves on several Corporate Boards, and is the past Chairman of the Board of Senior Citizens of Metro Atlanta.
Mr. Joiner is a past Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the United States Poultry and Egg Export Council. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Chicken Council and Frosty Acres Brands, Inc. Prior to founding AJC International, Mr. Joiner worked in aircraft sales with Lockheed Aircraft Corporation and in Sales Management with United States Lines.
Mr. Joiner received his BBA and MBA from Georgia State University in 1969.
As Director of Credit, Mrs. King resides at the AJC's worldwide corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and manages global Credit and Collections for the entire AJC Group of companies. The AJC Group is a global food and logistics provider sourcing products from over 50+ major producing countries and selling to over 150+ consuming countries.
Mrs. King joined AJC in May of 1997. Over the last two decades, Mrs. King has successfully fueled AJC's business growth while leading its largest financial asset, the AJC Group's highly diversified and complex accounts receivable. Mrs. King has traveled extensively with AJC's commercial teams visiting customers, developing relationships, and understanding the cultures and marketplaces the AJC Group transacts. Her deep knowledge and experiences have created solid alliances and allowed AJC to be a leader in global risk management.
Before working at AJC, Mrs. King worked for the International Factoring Division of Bank of America for five years, managing accounts in Latin America. Mrs. King obtained her Certificate of International Credit Professionals designation in May 2019.
Mrs. King is from Lima, Peru, and has lived in several countries in Latin America. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1989 with a Bachelor' in Business Administration. Mrs. King is married, has two sons, and enjoys traveling and exercising.
As Vice President of Global Corporate Risk and Insurance, Mr. Loveland is based at AJC International’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves on AJC Group LLC’s Board of Director. He is responsible for all areas of insurance, risk mitigation strategies, corporate contract review and dispute resolution. Additionally, Mr. Loveland leads a team of professionals responsible for execution of cargo loss and damage claims from investigation through to recovery.
After working in a variety of functions including sales, logistics and insurance matters at Marubeni America Corporation, Mr. Loveland joined AJC International in 1991. Since then, Mr. Loveland has completed an international assignment in Switzerland, where he was instrumental in leading the development of a cross-functional team key in our European Division. He accumulated significant experience in navigating through issues in challenging markets and then assumed the Global Manager, Client Services leadership role.
Mr. Loveland is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University, where he received a BA degree in Political Science in 1980 and is an avid Demon Deacon sports fan.
As CFO and Senior Vice President and serving on the AJC Group LLC Board of Directors. Mr. Partington is based at AJC International's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for all Financial and Accounting activities throughout the AJC Group's companies worldwide. Mr. Partington led the acquisition of Eagle Logistics Services as the foundation for AJC Logistics and structured AJC's worldwide corporate organization.
Mr. Partington started his career with AJC International in March 1989 as the accounting and financial leader for AJC. He has held a wide variety of management positions at AJC, including Controller, General Manager, Puerto Rico, and General Manager, Southeast Asia, and Vice President.
Mr. Partington began with Tenneco Oil Company in 1979. His work throughout various segments of the oil industry led him to the CFO role with an oil trading company. The complex world of international oil trading built the foundation to join AJC. He is active with international trade associations and a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
Mr. Partington is married with three children and enjoys running, biking, and golf. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a BBA degree, specializing in Accounting in 1979. Mr. Partington is also a Certified Public Accountant.
As Director of Global Finance and Treasury, Mrs. Stevens resides at AJC's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for AJC’s capital management, banking relations, financial planning and analysis as well as worldwide treasury management. She is also serves on the Board of Directors of Apex Global Insurance Ltd., a Bermuda Captive Insurance company.
Mrs. Stevens joined AJC in 1996 as a Staff Accountant. Over her 27 years with AJC, she has held multiple positions and responsibilities in all areas of AJC’s Accounting and Finance departments including Manager, Treasury Services and Global Finance Manager. Prior to joining AJC, Mrs. Stevens worked for The Tokai Bank, Ltd. A Japanese commercial bank, as a U.S. Corporate Analyst.
Mrs. Stevens is married and has a daughter and a son. She is enjoys working out, traveling, and is an avid reader.
Mrs. Stevens is a graduate of Virginia Tech where she earned a Bachelor of Science specializing in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Professional Writing and Language.
Chris Swartz has 30 years of experience working in the Ocean, Rail, Trucking, and Logistics industry with an emphasis on international markets. He is the Vice President of Transportation and Logistics at AJC Group. Responsibilities include strategies and contracts for ocean carriers, trucking, rail, and port strategies for AJC Food. Additionally, Chris leads the AJC Group subsidiary, AJC Logistics, a $175M third party logistics company servicing the US Jones Act Trade, North America Trucking, and NVOCC.
Chris started his career with the global ocean carrier Sea-Land Services and spent 12 years working in various international divisions. He then moved to CSX Railroad serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for their logistics subsidiary TRANSFLO and Director of Chemicals Marketing for CSX Transportation.
Chris is married to his wife Shana for 28 years and has two children Jack and Kate. He is a founding member of the Georgia State University Logistics Roundtable. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Polivka International.
Chris graduated from Florida State with a BS degree in Economics. He has attained multiple certifications from Georgia Tech Supply Chain Institute and well as MIT’s Supply Chain Management course.
As the Director of Global Human Resources, Mrs. Vanderlaan is based at AJC’s worldwide corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA, and is responsible for our global employee base. In her role, Mrs. Vanderlaan oversees the management of developing, retaining, growing, and caring for our employees in our 30+ locations around the globe.
Mrs. Vanderlaan has over 27 years of human resources experience working with global initiatives locally and regionally. She is successful in building strong and trusted relationships, partnering to build talent and business strategies to meet AJC’s immediate and long-term initiatives.
Prior to joining AJC, she worked in a variety of industries from software, education, broadcast radio and consumer goods within multi-cultural and national environments across North America. She began her career with AJC in 2010, and it is her longest held position. In this time, she has held several regional human resource leadership roles across both our Foods and Logistics platforms including Human Resources Manager for North America and Global Human Resources Manager.
Mrs. Vanderlaan is married and originally from Miami, FL. She comes from Dutch and Ecuadorian decent and is fluent in Spanish. She has lived all over the United States, is an active sprint triathlete and loves traveling with her wife.
Mrs. Vanderlaan graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication. She earned her Professional Human Resources certification with the Society for Human Resources Management as well as a certificate in Business Leadership at University of Georgia’s Terry College of Executive Education.

Omar Diaz is the Vice President, Americas and Marketing for AJC International, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of AJC Group LLC.
He is responsible for one of the three AJC Foods Divisions at AJC, Americas, which includes 6 regions including North America (CAD/USA), Mexico & Central America, South America, Caribbean West, Caribbean East, and Pacific Islands. Under Omar’s leadership, this division has been one the fastest growing areas in the company, doubling revenue and tonnage over 10 years with 350,000 metric tons shipped to 55 countries.
Omar’s career at AJC started 25 years ago as an Accounting Manager for an AJC owned food distribution operation in Puerto Rico. In 2002, the operation was divested, and he was given the opportunity to move his family to Atlanta, where he took the Assistant Comptroller role for 2 years before being promoted to Finance Manager. In 2006 he moved to the commercial side, where he stared as a seller in the Puerto Rico market.
He is also a board member of Colombia Poultry Export Quota, Inc (COLOM-PEQ) formed by the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) and Colombia’s Federación Nacional de Avicultores (FENAVI).
Omar happily married to his wife of 27 years Jacqueline, and together they raised 4 daughters and 1 son ages 16-25. During his leisure time Omar is an avid mountain biker, casual golfer, handyman, traveler and a supporter of his kid’s high school and collegiate athletic endeavors.
He earned a BBA in Accounting and Finance and later a Master’s Degree in Open Systems from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

As Director, Global Operations, Mr. Gentry resides at AJC International’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for all Logistics and Documentation for AJC Foods within the AJC Group.
Mr. Gentry joined AJC in 1989 after finishing graduate school and has made AJC his lifetime career. Mr. Gentry completed two 4-year international assignments in both Europe and South America. During his career, he has assumed other roles within AJC that include Sales, Client Services, Transportation, Credit and Accounting. His expertise remains in Operations where he has 30 years of experience, and currently leads a global team of 100+ professionals.
Mr. Gentry is partnered, an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys travelling, and is an animal lover.
Mr. Gentry is a graduate of Illinois State University where he received his BS degree in International Business in 1985. He earned a Master of International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1987.
As Director, Pacific Islands, Caribbean East & North America, Mrs. Isabelle Holm is based at AJC International’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for all commercial activities for three regions which are part of AJC Foods, Americas Division.
Isabelle’s career at AJC started in 2008 as a Sales Associate in the Pacific Asia and Southeast Asia regions based out of the AJC’s Hong Kong office. Because of Isabelle’s strong sales performance throughout Asia, in 2012, she was given the opportunity to further expand her skills into Pacific Islands and moved to Atlanta. Since moving to Atlanta, she continually expanded her leadership roles holding Sales Manager and Regional Manager positions.
Isabelle grew up in Paris, France in a household of Vietnamese decent not knowing how vital the ability to speak multiple languages would affect her life and career path. She is fluent in French, Vietnamese, and English. As a scholar, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from IPAG Paris, and a Master’s Degree in International Business from the French Business school INSEEC in Paris.
Isabelle likes traveling and experiencing diverse cultures and foods of the world with her family.
As the Director of Global Trading and Risk Management, Mr. Mamoun is based at AJC’s International global headquarter in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Mamoun has direct responsibility in managing AJC International's risk portfolio. He also oversees trade activities with both procurement and sales teams worldwide. In addition, he has direct responsibility in managing proprietary programs across all destination markets.
After working for Comatra International in Dubai as a Purchasing Manager, Mr. Mamoun joined AJC International in 1990, assuming a sales position to the Middle East and Pacific Islands. Over the following 16 years, he gained several managerial sales positions in Africa, Russia, Mexico, Central and South America, and Asia.
Mr. Mamoun is married with three children. He is a Mississippi State graduate with Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Civil Engineering. He's a classic car collector and enjoys travel.
As Director of Global Transportation, Mr. Monteiro is based at AJC International's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for AJC’s transportation activities, managing carriers’ relationships, and developing supply chain solutions for all categories of AJC’s business worldwide. Mr. Monteiro has twenty-five years of experience working in Ocean, Rail, Trucking, and Logistics industry with emphasis on international markets.
Prior to joining AJC, Mr. Monteiro worked as Export Manager for Avipal, a Brazilian poultry & pork producer. Before that, in the start of his career in 1996, he worked for EXIM, a logistics services provider in Brazil. Mr. Monteiro joined AJC in 2004 in Buenos Aires, Argentina serving as Operations and Transportation Manager. He and his family relocated to Atlanta in 2011.
Mr. Monteiro is married with two children, fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and enjoys spending his weekends watching his son and his daughter playing soccer. He represents AJC by regularly attending multiple trade conferences, supply chain related workshops and webinars locally and internationally.
Mr. Monteiro holds a BS Degree in International Trade from the Universade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), Brazil.
Mr. Pawlenko is Vice President of Procurement for AJC International and is based at AJC’s International worldwide headquarters in Atlanta. He oversees a global procurement team that sources product from over 50 countries around the world. He also serves on the AJC Cares Board of Directors.
Mr. Pawlenko began his career with AJC International in 1990 and has been actively involved in the global food business for over 32 years. With AJC, he has held several positions including Sales Manager, Pacific Asia, General Manager, Caribbean, General Manager, Pacific Asia & Pacific Islands, and Director of Global Poultry, Seafood, and Fruits and Vegetables. Between 1995 and 1998, Mr. Pawlenko briefly left the organization to become Vice President Procurement for SoyuzKontrakt, a Russian importer and food distribution company headquartered in Moscow. While with SoyuzKontrakt, Mr. Pawlenko was promoted to Director of Poultry, where he oversaw global purchasing and sales inside Russia.
Mr. Pawlenko is married with four children, a daughter and triplet boys. He is a first-generation Ukrainian American who speaks Ukrainian fluently. He has served on the Advisory Board of Children’s Restoration Network, a non-profit in the state of Georgia, and active in multiple international trade organizations. He is an avid boater as well as an avid collegiate and professional sports fan.
Mr. Pawlenko graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in International Business in 1989. He earned an MBA in 1999, from Kennesaw State University, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.
As Vice President of Accounting, Mrs. Verdecchia is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is responsible for AJC's worldwide accounting processes and procedures, statutory financial reporting, and in-country tax compliance.
Mrs. Verdecchia joined AJC in 2003 and has built a successful career in international business over the last 20 years. Through her tenure at AJC, she has managed various leadership roles, including Regional Controller South America and Global Controller for AJC Foods. Prior to working for AJC, Mrs. Verdecchia began her international trek at Estudio Marchione y Asociados, an Argentinean accounting and tax advisory firm as a senior accountant responsible for Red Bull and Saint-Gobain Argentinean´s subsidiaries accounts among others.
Mrs. Verdecchia has been a member of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Buenos Aires since 1998. Over the years, she has participated in multiple conferences and seminars. Mrs. Verdecchia and her husband have a daughter and a son. The family is actively involved in an initiative to support low-income children through private scholarship programs.
Mrs. Verdecchia attended Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) in Buenos Aires and completed her studies at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). Mrs. Verdecchia obtained her Master’s in Accounting in November 1997 and her Master´s in Business Administration in 2001. She holds an active CPA license from the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Buenos Aires.
As General Manager, EMEA Origin, Mr. Vrolijk is based at AJC’s European headquarters in Utrecht, The Netherlands, and is responsible for Procurement from EMEA and the Seafood and Dairy product categories. He leads the European sites and the growth of the EMEA export business.
Mr. Vrolijk started his career with AJC International in May 1997 and has held several management positions in Sales and Procurement, including General Manager Pacific Asia, Europe, North America, and Global Product Manager Seafood. He spent 20 years in Atlanta, Georgia working in various positions from the global headquarters. Mr. Vrolijk moved back to the Netherlands in 2018 to further the growth of AJC’s European origin business.
Mr. Vrolijk has three sons and enjoys the outdoors. He is an avid snow-skier, likes to hike and enjoys sailing. With an interest in USA – Netherland’s business, he has served as the President of the Netherlands American Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast, and currently serves on the Board of the KSV St. Franciscus Xaverius Alumni Association.
Mr. Vrolijk graduated from the Wageningen University & Research center where he received his MSC in Animal husbandry in 1997.
As Director, China, Mrs. Wang is based at the AJC Shanghai office, responsible for all China business, including poultry, pork, and meat categories. She leads the Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen teams to set commercial strategies and plans. She also manages China related activities and events and works closely with all functional teams to find solutions and solve problems.
Mrs. Wang joined AJC in 2004. She has built a successful career in China market. Through her 18 years at AJC, with rich industry experience and high professional quality, she was once the top seller of AJC Global. She has put a lot of effort towards establishing an elite sales team in China and setting a solid foundation for the future China business development. Prior to joining AJC, Mrs. Wang started her first job in role of International Trading at Jinhe International Trading Company, working between China - Japan piano equipment trading.

As General Manager, China, Mrs. Wang is based at the AJC Shanghai office, responsible for all China business, including poultry, pork, and meat categories. She leads the Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen teams to set commercial strategies and plans. She also manages China related activities and events and works closely with all functional teams to find solutions and solve problems.
Mrs. Wang joined AJC in 2004. She has built a successful career in China market. Through her 18 years at AJC, with rich industry experience and high professional quality, she was once the top seller of AJC Global. She has put a lot of effort towards establishing an elite sales team in China and setting a solid foundation for the future China business development. Prior to joining AJC, Mrs. Wang started her first job in role of International Trading at Jinhe International Trading Company, working between China - Japan piano equipment trading.
Mrs. Wang is married with two children and enjoys preschool education, yoga, and travelling. She treats people with kindness and respect, is a member of a philanthropic organization and is a member of USAPEEC and USAMEF where she actively attends their events and seminars.

As Director of Accounting, Finance, and Credit for AJC Logistics LLC, Ms. Berger, CPA, is based at AJC's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for supporting the organizations accounting, finance and credit goals. She supports strategic planning and other forward-looking projects, such as vetting potential acquisitions and growth opportunities while ensuring that credit risk is appropriately managed, vendors are serviced, and financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Prior to joining AJC, Ms. Berger worked as CFO for SMB Machinery LLC, and held various managerial roles in various public companies including Tech Data Corporation, GATX, Cott Beverages USA, and WebMD. She spent 10 years in public accounting with Pile CPAs, Grant Thornton, and Stone Parker & Company CPA PA. She joined AJC Logistics as Controller and has taken on additional responsibilities during her 6-year tenure with the company.
Ms. Berger is married, has two adult children and one granddaughter. She was active with the Indiana CPA society and has worked heavily with recruiting efforts in various companies.
Ms. Berger graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from Trevecca University, in Nashville, TN with a BS in Accounting in 1986. She did further graduate work at University of South Tampa and holds an active CPA license in the state of Florida.
As General Manager, SeaWide Express, which is part of AJC Logistics, Mr. Hinkle is based at SeaWide Express’s general office in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for all Commercial Activities, Operations and Administrative functions of the SeaWide Express brand. He sets the strategic direction of the SeaWide Express brand ensuring best in class operations and customer service functionality.
Prior to joining AJC, Mr. Hinkle worked 30 years in the transportation industry, holding various leadership roles at both FedEx and Yellow Transportation Systems. Since joining AJC, Mr. Hinkle has established the SeaWide Express brand in the offshore freight forwarding industry segment, taking the brand from a startup to a thriving, recognizable brand in the industry.
Mr. Hinkle is married with two children, an active University of Alabama Crimson Tide booster and an avid fisherman. He is active in the Alabama Alumni Association and is currently President of the Big Canoe/Chestnut Rise Property Owners Association Board.
Mr. Hinkle is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Culverhouse School of Business, where he received his BS degree in Business Administration in 1984.
Phil Mitchell is the General Manager of AJC Freight Solutions, part of the AJC Group. Based in Atlanta, he leads the freight division in North America’s strategic direction and operations.
Phil joined AJC in July 2020 as Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to General Manager in November 2022. Before AJC, he held key roles at Werner Enterprises, including Regional Sales Manager and Sales Team Manager.
Phil started his career at C.H. Robinson and interned at Georgia Ports Authority. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Marketing from Georgia Southern University.
Phil is dedicated to driving growth and innovation in the logistics and transportation industry.
Randolph Page is the General Manager, Eagle Logistics Systems, and is responsible for the East Coast Jones Act Trade & NVOCC Services, which are all part of AJC Logistics. He has responsibility overseeing the commercial and operations for these businesses.
Before joining the AJC Group, Randolph was General Manager, East Coast USA for Horizon Lines and responsible for all the commercial and logistics services for the eastern region of the USA. He also had a strategic senior sales role being the primary corporate contact for Horizon Lines core customer base like FedEx, Home Depot, and Coca Cola. Prior to Horizon Lines, he held various roles in sales and management for Sea-Land Service.
In the past 10 years, Randolph has held multiple positions within AJC Logistics. He started his career as a Sales Manager for the International NVOCC. He was promoted to Global Sales Manager taking on commercial and operational responsibilities for the International NVOCC. In 2016, he expanded AJC Logistics’ trucking division. After several growth initiatives, Randolph was promoted to General Manager, Surface Transportation. In 2020, Randolph assumed his current role leveraging his prior experiences.
Randolph’s career has expanded over 30+ years in the maritime and trucking industries. He is a member of the Savannah Maritime Association, member of TIA, and several civic organizations. He’s been married over 33 years to his wife Michelle, and they have two children Amanda and Ben.
Randolph attended Georgia Southern University where he received a Bachelor of Administration degree with marketing concentration.

As Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Mr. Allison resides at AJC's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for the accomplishment of AJC's Vision and Mission and all activities throughout the AJC Group of companies. He sets the strategic direction for the organization, leads the allocation of resources within the Group, and oversees the development of AJC's people who are the lifeblood of AJC's on-going success with customers and suppliers around the world.
Prior to joining AJC, Mr. Allison worked in marketing and brand management at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Allison joined AJC in 1997 and completed a three year international management assignment in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Since then, Mr. Allison has assumed many of the organization's leadership roles including General Manager, Americas & Asia, Vice President, and he served as President from 2008 to 2016.
Mr. Allison is married, fluent in Spanish, and is active in supporting his twin boy's baseball and lacrosse pursuits. He has served two terms on the Board of Trustees for Mount Vernon Presbyterian School serving on their Strategic Planning and Capital Committees. He is active in the Miami and Harvard Alumni Associations as well as multiple philanthropic organizations.
Mr. Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude with University Honors from Miami University with a BS in Business Administration in 1992. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1997.
As President and CCO and serving on the AJC Group LLC Board of Directors, Mr. Davidman is based at the AJC Group’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for worldwide Commercial Sales and Procurement activities, Transportation, and Marketing. He also has direct responsibility for AJC Logistics, an independent operating entity providing food-centric Logistics Services under the AJC Group.
After working in sales at Procter & Gamble, Mr. Davidman joined AJC in 1986. Since then, Mr. Davidman has completed multiple international management assignments, accumulated extensive experience in the Americas, China, Russia, and Africa, and assumed many of the organization's leadership roles, including Director of Global Sales, Managing Director, and Vice President.
Mr. Davidman is married with two children, an avid Florida Gator, and an ongoing student of the game of golf. He has served on the External Advisory Board of Directors for the International Center of the University of Florida, is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Chicken Council and is active with multiple international trade organizations.
Mr. Davidman is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his BS degree in Business Administration in 1985.
Omar Diaz is the Vice President, Americas and Marketing for AJC International, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of AJC Group LLC.
He is responsible for one of the three AJC Foods Divisions at AJC, Americas, which includes 6 regions including North America (CAD/USA), Mexico & Central America, South America, Caribbean West, Caribbean East, and Pacific Islands. Under Omar’s leadership, this division has been one the fastest growing areas in the company, doubling revenue and tonnage over 10 years with 350,000 metric tons shipped to 55 countries.
Omar’s career at AJC started 25 years ago as an Accounting Manager for an AJC owned food distribution operation in Puerto Rico. In 2002, the operation was divested, and he was given the opportunity to move his family to Atlanta, where he took the Assistant Comptroller role for 2 years before being promoted to Finance Manager. In 2006 he moved to the commercial side, where he stared as a seller in the Puerto Rico market.
He is also a board member of Colombia Poultry Export Quota, Inc (COLOM-PEQ) formed by the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) and Colombia’s Federación Nacional de Avicultores (FENAVI).
Omar happily married to his wife of 27 years Jacqueline, and together they raised 4 daughters and 1 son ages 16-25. During his leisure time Omar is an avid mountain biker, casual golfer, handyman, traveler and a supporter of his kid’s high school and collegiate athletic endeavors.
He earned a BBA in Accounting and Finance and later a Master’s Degree in Open Systems from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
As Vice President of Information Technology and Operations, Mrs. Duckett resides at AJC's worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for all areas of Technology including Applications, Infrastructure, Communications, and Security. She is also serves on the Board of Directors of AJC Group LLC.
Prior to joining AJC, Mrs. Duckett held Project Manager and Architect roles in various development consulting organizations. Mrs. Duckett joined AJC in 2003 as Development Manager and assumed leadership responsibilities for the rest of the Technology areas in 2007.
Mrs. Duckett is married and has two daughters and a son. She has made it a priority to keep her kids close to her Mexican roots and ensure their fluency in Spanish. She loves visiting her family in Mexico, being around friends, and enjoys travel.
Mrs. Duckett earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). She also earned a scholarship to study in USA and earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
Mr. Joiner serves as the Vice Chairman of the AJC Group Board of Directors. He co-founded AJC International with Mr. Allison and served as President and COO of AJC for almost 20 years. During his time as President, Mr. Joiner led the company in its rapid expansion into China, South America, and Russia and to its position as the premier international protein provider. For ten years, Mr. Joiner was President of American Frozen Foods, AJC's Food Service Distribution subsidiary.
He also serves on the Board of Councilors for The Carter Center in Atlanta and the Board of Advisors for the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, where he was past Chairman. Mr. Joiner is a Trustee of the Georgia State University Foundation and is a Founding Director for the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. He is the founding Director and past Chairman of the World Poultry Foundation, serves on several Corporate Boards, and is the past Chairman of the Board of Senior Citizens of Metro Atlanta.
Mr. Joiner is a past Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the United States Poultry and Egg Export Council. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Chicken Council and Frosty Acres Brands, Inc. Prior to founding AJC International, Mr. Joiner worked in aircraft sales with Lockheed Aircraft Corporation and in Sales Management with United States Lines.
Mr. Joiner received his BBA and MBA from Georgia State University in 1969.
As Vice President of Global Corporate Risk and Insurance, Mr. Loveland is based at AJC International’s worldwide headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves on AJC Group LLC’s Board of Director. He is responsible for all areas of insurance, risk mitigation strategies, corporate contract review and dispute resolution. Additionally, Mr. Loveland leads a team of professionals responsible for execution of cargo loss and damage claims from investigation through to recovery.
After working in a variety of functions including sales, logistics and insurance matters at Marubeni America Corporation, Mr. Loveland joined AJC International in 1991. Since then, Mr. Loveland has completed an international assignment in Switzerland, where he was instrumental in leading the development of a cross-functional team key in our European Division. He accumulated significant experience in navigating through issues in challenging markets and then assumed the Global Manager, Client Services leadership role.
Mr. Loveland is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University, where he received a BA degree in Political Science in 1980 and is an avid Demon Deacon sports fan.
As CFO and Senior Vice President and serving on the AJC Group LLC Board of Directors. Mr. Partington is based at AJC International's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and is responsible for all Financial and Accounting activities throughout the AJC Group's companies worldwide. Mr. Partington led the acquisition of Eagle Logistics Services as the foundation for AJC Logistics and structured AJC's worldwide corporate organization.
Mr. Partington started his career with AJC International in March 1989 as the accounting and financial leader for AJC. He has held a wide variety of management positions at AJC, including Controller, General Manager, Puerto Rico, and General Manager, Southeast Asia, and Vice President.
Mr. Partington began with Tenneco Oil Company in 1979. His work throughout various segments of the oil industry led him to the CFO role with an oil trading company. The complex world of international oil trading built the foundation to join AJC. He is active with international trade associations and a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
Mr. Partington is married with three children and enjoys running, biking, and golf. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a BBA degree, specializing in Accounting in 1979. Mr. Partington is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Chris Swartz has 30 years of experience working in the Ocean, Rail, Trucking, and Logistics industry with an emphasis on international markets. He is the Vice President of Transportation and Logistics at AJC Group. Responsibilities include strategies and contracts for ocean carriers, trucking, rail, and port strategies for AJC Food. Additionally, Chris leads the AJC Group subsidiary, AJC Logistics, a $175M third party logistics company servicing the US Jones Act Trade, North America Trucking, and NVOCC.
Chris started his career with the global ocean carrier Sea-Land Services and spent 12 years working in various international divisions. He then moved to CSX Railroad serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for their logistics subsidiary TRANSFLO and Director of Chemicals Marketing for CSX Transportation.
Chris is married to his wife Shana for 28 years and has two children Jack and Kate. He is a founding member of the Georgia State University Logistics Roundtable. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Polivka International.
Chris graduated from Florida State with a BS degree in Economics. He has attained multiple certifications from Georgia Tech Supply Chain Institute and well as MIT’s Supply Chain Management course.
As Vice President of Accounting, Mrs. Verdecchia is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is responsible for AJC's worldwide accounting processes and procedures, statutory financial reporting, and in-country tax compliance.
Mrs. Verdecchia joined AJC in 2003 and has built a successful career in international business over the last 20 years. Through her tenure at AJC, she has managed various leadership roles, including Regional Controller South America and Global Controller for AJC Foods. Prior to working for AJC, Mrs. Verdecchia began her international trek at Estudio Marchione y Asociados, an Argentinean accounting and tax advisory firm as a senior accountant responsible for Red Bull and Saint-Gobain Argentinean´s subsidiaries accounts among others.
Mrs. Verdecchia has been a member of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Buenos Aires since 1998. Over the years, she has participated in multiple conferences and seminars. Mrs. Verdecchia and her husband have a daughter and a son. The family is actively involved in an initiative to support low-income children through private scholarship programs.
Mrs. Verdecchia attended Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) in Buenos Aires and completed her studies at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). Mrs. Verdecchia obtained her Master’s in Accounting in November 1997 and her Master´s in Business Administration in 2001. She holds an active CPA license from the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Buenos Aires.
